The OpenQuake development team rolls out the latest version of the Building Classification Tool. The tool is part of GEM's Building Typology survey initiative which hopes to classify and map the built environment all over the world with your help. The bottom up information can then be further used to analyze vulnerability and exposure of cities and communties to seismic events.
