Lana Todorović earned her B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Montenegro in 2017. In 2019, she graduated from the European Commission's Erasmus Mundus MEEES programme, receiving an M.Sc. in Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology. She earned her PhD in Understanding and Managing Extremes from IUSS Pavia in 2025. In her current role at the GEM Foundation, she focuses on modeling impacts due to secondary perils such as liquefaction and landslides.
