Christopher is a hazard modeller at the Global Earthquake Model (GEM) Foundation in Pavia, Italy. At GEM, Christopher works on ground-motion characterization (GMC) activities. These activities include developing backbone and multi-model approach GMCs for both institutional and consultancy projects, and the implementation, maintenance and testing of ground-motion models and GMC tools within both the OpenQuake engine and the Strong-Motion Tools module of the Model Builder's Toolkit. Christopher has a PhD in engineering seismology (2021) and a BSc in Geology (2017).
