ATLAS Subscriptions List

This page is used to manage client orders submitted through the website and to monitor their payment status. Orders are automatically recorded as “Payment in process” when placed by a client. The Accounting Officer verifies incoming payments by bank transfer or PayPal and updates the status once payment is confirmed. In cases of reported PayPal technical issues, the payment status may be updated to “Payment failed”.

How to Update a Client Record

  1. To update a client record, simply select the relevant row from the table below. The order details will appear below the table, where you can edit client information (such as last name or address) and update the payment status from “Payment in process” to “Paid” or “Payment failed”, as needed.

  2. Click the “Update” button to save your changes. The current order will be updated, and a copy will be saved to the ATLAS Subscriptions Logs dataset. Log details are displayed after the Billing Information and Subscription plan summary sections.
