Description
This plugin allows users to drive OpenQuake Engine calculations of physical hazard and risk, and to load the corresponding outputs as QGIS layers. For those outputs, data visualization tools are provided.
The toolkit also enables users to develop composite indicators to measure and quantify social characteristics, and combine them with estimates of human or infrastructure loss. A post-earthquake recovery modeling framework is incorporated into the toolkit, to produce building-level and/or community-level recovery functions.

The source code of the software is available under a GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 license, which requires: Permissions of this strongest copyleft license are conditioned on making available complete source code of licensed works and modifications, which include larger works using a licensed work, under the same license. Copyright and license notices must be preserved. Contributors provide an express grant of patent rights. When a modified version is used to provide a service over a network, the comple the modified version must be made available. Any deviation from these terms incur in license infringement.
