About 

Kendra Johnson

Kendra Johnson is a Senior Seismic Hazard Scientist at the GEM Foundation, having joined the hazard team in 2017. Her primary roles involve developing probabilistic seismic hazard analysis (PSHA) models at both national and regional scales, assisting in the development of tools and workflows for constructing and evaluating seismic source models, supporting the maintenance of the Global Hazard Mosaic and assisting its users, and developing PSHA training materials. She also administers PSHA and OpenQuake Engine training sessions. Kendra completed her BS in Geophysical Engineering and earned her PhD in Geophysics from Colorado School of Mines.
