GEM at GRF's IDRC Davos 2010 - 31 May 2010Rui Pinho will present GEM at the Global Risk Forum's biannual International Disaster and Risk Conference (IDRC) 2010 Davos conference on disaster and risk reduction. GEM is scheduled for Monday morning May 31st. The IDRC Davos 2010 will address different kind of risks, disasters and crises. A truly integrated and participative approach is planned to ensure that the valuable lessons learned about risk reduction from a wide spectrum are applied correctly to create safer, more resilient and thus sustainable societies for the benefit of communities, countries and regions. |
