Vitor Silva
Vitor Silva is currently working on the development of the Seismic Risk Engine for the OpenGEM system. Since October 2009 he is also working on the development of a software application for SeismoSoft, while starting a PhD degree at both the University of Aveiro (Portugal) and Pavia (Italy). Vitor graduated in Civil Engineering in 2007, in Aveiro Portugal. In 2007 he also spent a semester at San Jose State University to study Earthquake Engineering. After that he entered into the master degree of Civil Engineering, during which he spent a semester in Genoa to study Seismic Risk in more detail. |
